Working as a journalist and content writer -- often in scrappy startup environments -- has been an exceptionally rewarding experience.
Writers are always told to specialize; I've done anything but. My career has taken me from Indonesia to the USA, from interviewing architects, Hollywood actors and small business owners to covering local elections.
